Spot the missing number in this online activity and earn a smiley face as a reward!
A series of five numbers appear on the screen with one of the numbers replaced by a blank space. It’s up to you to fill in the space with what you think is the right number. Get it right and the little face at the bottom of the screen lights up with a smile, and you can click the do it again button for the next question – but the face will only light up with the right answer, get it wrong and you’ll have to try again.
The questions involve double-digit numbers and there is no timer, so it’s quite a friendly introduction to number sequences for first and second graders.
