Using the Format Painter

What is the format painter good for?

It can save you a lot of time when formatting and styling your data.

Use it whenever you want to apply the same format on other areas of your data.

Pay attention – the format painter doesn’t change the data itself, only its visual appearance.
Therefore, I usually type my data and leave it “raw” and unformatted.
When I finish, I format a small portion of it, and I copy it to all the rest of the data using the painter.
